Cancellation of Appointment Policy:
Please notify the receptionist as soon as you realize that you will be unable to keep your appointment, as another patient could then be accommodated in that time slot.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we request you provide two business days’ notice so we have time to fill your spot. Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours may incur an appointment cancellation fee.
